After breakfast and before bed, you need to brush your teeth

To stop your teeth from going bad and make your breath smell sweet

Brush them backwards brush them forwards, brush them round and round

Now when people see your teeth, they’re sure to smile not frown

Be sure to brush for two whole minutes and don’t be in a hurry

Or your teeth will not be clean and then you’ll have to worry

Dirty teeth might start toothache, and that will make you shout

And to the dentist you’ll have to go, to pull those bad teeth out

So with toothpaste on your brush, make sure you brush each morning

Brush each night before bedtime too, and heed the dentist’s warning

Remember to fight decay and plaque, you must brush twice each day

You’ll keep that lovely smile of yours, and keep tooth decay away!
